Africa is a place on earth which is one of the blessed countries due to its abundance of wildlife and wonderful nature. African wildlife gives Africa a boast in every safari adventure to visitors who love to observe extraordinary creatures.

Seeing that a number of visitors to Africa crave to experience at least one location of the country wherein wilderness are productive. One ahead of any other, safaris in Africa had been considered as the most successful game viewing worldwide and is highly exhilarating, enjoyable, and will surely etched in your mind.

To get the most out of your safari hunting is to visit the wildlife sanctuary like no other which is the Kruger National Park. Kruger Park is the largest African game viewing located in the north of South Africa. This park has been rated as the extreme safari experience.

Visiting in these reserves is more or less guaranteed with a chance to witness the different kinds of wild animals including the lions, elephants, cheetah, zebras, and more to mention. However, the stripe pattern on zebras’ body is the most striking to hunters; the stripes make a good skilled camouflage to provide themselves a protection against predators.

Zebras are prey to lions and hyenas. They are also threatened by killing of such species as hunters sport and other kinds of ranching activities.

In Kruger Park the zebras are fascinating for it is known as part of the horse family though unlike to their closest relative, they are completely untamed. Their habitats are in grasslands, lands covered with low trees or bushes, and coastal hills.

There are so many sciences in the whole wide world- is there such thing as science of courtship? I just thought of that word when I saw the courtship of zebra. Which made me think if there is some kind of scientist who studies courtship between animals? We were in Okavango Delta in Botswana. I expected to see really great animals and great views but I never expected to see the courtship between zebras. It was nothing like we were seeking zebra african safari but it just happen.

We really do not know when it started but when we saw a group of zebras we just stopped and take pictures. When these two zebras just keep on running around the group; I am not also aware if it is mating season or season of courtship.

The courtship between these two zebras is really amazing and amusing at the same time. the guide said it would take hours for the courtship to end. The funny thing is the whole process includes the kicking of the female of the male’s face and it was not only ones but so many times.

Okavango delta safari has offered so many surprises. Our tour guides also are great for giving us the choice to nose over and linger over the zebras courting business. The whole gang was full of mirth and laughter while watching the display of courtship with these mammals. When it comes to the finale everybody cannot help but shout and cheer in glee. The guide has shrug a helpless gesture when he cannot stop us from making noises and disturbing the mammals.

Everything started well and ends well. We went to our accommodation to rest after a day of frolicking in the African soil. We build a bonfire to warm the cold evenings and some of our group started to hum the guitar strings in a rhythm. Travel okavango delta is worth all the effort and money.
