Africa is the second largest continent and covers six percent of the earth’s surface. Can you imagine that? Can you imagine having a safari on the whole continent? I wonder how many years would it take you to cover all countries in the continent.
The secret of fulfilling African safari is- knowledge. Of course experiencing an African safari follows. The knowledge of where to go, what to do, and the gadget to bring and of course the necessary precautions that you prepare in every travel are also important.
Africa is composed of 53 countries including the famous Madagascar. Imagine heading off to such a vast land… without knowing what to see and not to see. I could not just calculate how many years you can spend in knowing all the key destinations in such a large continent.
We can start from the bottom going up. South Africa is famous for wines and the largest producer of gold. Though the UNESCO World heritage Sites abound in this country; the world-known Kruger National Site is worth every penny you got.
Namibia with Etosha National Park; Botswana with its Central Kalahari Game Reserve, Okavango Delta and Chobe National Park; Mozambique with Bazaruto Archipelago, Cahora Bassa, and Quirimbas National Park and the archipelago; all these bordered South Africa in the north.
Uganda is the country to go if the search of the apes is utmost in your minds; Kenya is where you will find the famous Serengeti and Maasai Mara. These are the two most visited places in Africa.
You got to choose what you wanted to see. What you wanted to get from your safari in Africa. Then you can choose from a variety of exotic places that these countries offer. Africa as a continent itself is full of different experiences to offer you. You only got to choose the right one.
