The term safari park also means wildlife park in which the animals are given freedom to roam around the said fenced area. And the tourist are given the freedom to see the animals inside the confines of their vehicles. But the term safari park may also refer to ‘game reserves’ in Africa. Game reserves are far larger than the safari parks in other countries.
There are several destination for african safari parks but let us first roam around the parks in Tanzania. A country situated in central East Africa with Indian Ocean on the eastern side of the country. The country is a beautiful contrast of african safari and luxury with only wet and dry season the whole year round. Evenings are cold while the days are hot in Tanzania.
The best african safari parks to head for from January to February is Tanzania. Summer season is the best time to go for safari for animals usually grouped together in places with water source thus spotting them would be easy. During rainy season animals does not go to from their homes for water. And second reason why rainy season may not be the best time for a safari is that the roads are very wet and accessible for a safari truck.
