The best African Safari experience is to wake up with the sound of animals around you. Or as you eat breakfast and a zebra came knocking on your porch begging for his share of the meal. Or perhaps as you prepare the family’s meal and a giraffe decided to give you a visit on your window.
Kruger National park is Africa’s largest of the African Safari game reserve in Africa. The location of the park is so conducive for African Safari vacation for it is almost surrounded by game reserve parks of Zimbabwe and Mozambique, both almost of equal beauty.
Kruger National Park has been developed to accommodate every imaginable type of rest camp to satisfy the call of the wilderness of every visitor. There are camps that are fenced to keep wild animals from your tents at night. A rest camp is also made available to those who would like to really rob elbows of the animals like the rhino, giraffe and zebra.
Kruger National Park has eight main gates which give entrances to the different part of the park. No wonder for the park encompasses 18,989 sq. km. wide varieties of birds are found in this park. From the wandering birds, resident birds, breeding birds and birds that are only visiting the park can be found here- all with different shapes, colors, breed and sizes.
