Malolotja Nature Reserve is like royalty in the sense that it has very beautiful african wildlife safaris. The mere color of the soil will attract you; I really do not know if the other parts of Africa have the same kind of soil texture and color but in Swaziland it was so beautiful. Malolotja Nature Reserve stands like a crown in the royalty’s head. The place is still unspoilt by outside influence and economical demands.
The mountain wilderness in malolotja nature Reserve is the one and only left in the Swaziland. The highveld birdlife is very precious and irreplaceable. The views and green scenery is also good. Though the place has no competition with the Victoria Falls there are several small pools and falls that you can enjoy during your south african safari here.
The whole reserve is supported by several flows of water coming from the highlands thus the watered lowlands became the rendezvous and the home of many african wildlife and animals. The growth of several wild orchids wil really interests you even if you do not know its specie. The orchids color and texture and shape will really tempt you to bring it with you but you are instructed not to pick any flowers or plants during your tour or game.
The animals in the area includes blesbok, reedbuck, zebra aardwolf and jackal and one of the major activity here is bird watching and photography for the Malolotja Nature Reserve has a colection of several specie from sunbirds to bald ibis with nest in the same area.
You will be surprised of the several activities that you can engage while you are in your royal african safaris. Swimming in natural pools with clear blue water is just the most natural thing to do; and that is if you are up to it. If you prefer to stay secluded inside the transportation then you are also given choice. But I bet you can not resist the temptation to frolic in the natural pools.
